Please read our terms of service carefully before ordering.

By visiting our site and/or ordering from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions – including those set out in our buying guide and privacy policy

Buying guide
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our buying guide here has been designed to answer your most of your questions but if you have any other questions, please get in touch.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Our site is hosted on Squarespace, which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you. Prices and VAT
All our prices include VAT for orders within the UK and Europe. VAT is not charged on orders outside the UK and Europe, but our prices remain the same.

Our products and services
Our products are sold as described. We aim to be as accurate as possible, but our descriptions may contain errors, omissions or typographical errors from time to time, which may affect promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability.

Should the information on this website be inaccurate when you place an order, we will contact you to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, change or update information, withdraw the produce from sale, or cancel your order without prior notice.

We are not responsible for any inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information on our website, and we may change the design and price of our products at any time without notice. We may occasionally need to take the site offline for maintenance or updates.

Our website shows the best possible representation of our products. As our products are made or finished by hand, they may vary slightly from the images online. Please check dimensions carefully, as the size may not always be clear from the images.

Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right to refuse any order, to anyone, for any reason, at any time. If we change or cancel your order, we will use the contact details you’ve provided to let you know. By using our site, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases. You agree to use our service at your own risk.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored behind a firewall on Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the Squarespace application.

When you use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Squarespace stores your credit card data. Payments on our site are processed using PayPal or Stripe – a secure and trusted online payment gateway, audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the most stringent level of certification available.

Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), and your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. These standards have been developed to ensure your credit card information is securely handled online. You can read Shopify’s terms of service and privacy statement here.
